ENTRY CONDITIONS AND VISITOR RULES: WILLKOV PARK

1. Definitions and General Provisions

• For the purposes of these Entry Conditions and Visitor Rules (hereinafter also „Rules“), the following definitions apply:
• Premises means „Willkov Park“, including the bistro, attractions, and the adjacent woodland area (hereinafter „premises“)
• Operator means the operator of the premises, Mgr. Anna Balogová, registered address: 07605 Brehov, Pod Brehom 221/51; Company ID: 50195514 (hereinafter „operator“)
• Visitor means any person who enters the premises (hereinafter „visitor“)
• By purchasing a ticket or by entering the premises, the visitor confirms that they have fully read and understood these Rules and agree to comply with them.
• Entry to the premises is permitted only with a valid ticket, which the visitor is required to carry at all times during their visit (in the form of a wristband or document). Upon leaving the premises (unless otherwise agreed, e.g. by means of a wristband), the right to re-entry is void.
• Every visitor enters the premises at their own risk. The operator is not liable for damage to health or property resulting from non-compliance with these Rules, failure to follow staff instructions, or misjudgement of one’s own abilities.
• Children under the age of 15 and all minors may only enter the premises and use the attractions under the constant supervision of an adult (parent, legal guardian, or designated accompanying person), who bears full responsibility for them throughout the entire visit. The operator does not provide child-minding services. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety throughout the entire premises (including the bistro and children’s corner).

2. Safety and Movement Within the Premises

The premises are a natural, sports, and recreational environment. Visitors are required to:

• Exercise extra caution due to uneven terrain, grassy surfaces, the possible presence of insects, or slippery surfaces after rain.
• Move only within designated areas.
• Be aware that the premises contain elements made from natural materials (willow structures), which carry a risk of scratches or being struck by a twig.

3. Rules for Attractions and Play Equipment

All attractions are used at the visitor’s own risk. Visitors are required to follow the pictograms and staff instructions at each attraction. The following general rules apply to individual attractions and play elements:

• Willow maze, yurts and tunnel: Visitors acknowledge the natural character of the materials (possibility of uneven surfaces, sharp shoots, insects). Movement in these areas requires extra caution. Breaking branches or climbing on the structures is prohibited.
• Air trampoline and inflatable castles: Entry only without footwear, without sharp objects (glasses, keys) and without chewing gum. Capacity limits and age restrictions are displayed directly on the attraction. Dangerous acrobatics (somersaults) are prohibited. Consuming food and drinks on the attraction is prohibited.
• Multi-purpose court and children’s play elements (sandpit, swings): Visitors are informed that the multi-purpose court and recreational elements (sandpit, swings) are intended for leisure activities and their use requires a subjective safety assessment by the user or accompanying person. Use by children under the age of 15 requires constant adult supervision.
• Electric buggies: Driving is permitted only on the designated track. Operation is governed by a separate track operating rules. Wearing a protective helmet is mandatory. Visitors are required to follow the instructor’s instructions.
• Paintball: Entry into the paintball zone is permitted only with full protective gear and after a briefing by the operator’s staff. Weapons must be secured outside the game zone.

4. Liability for Damage and Protection of Property

The operator is not liable for damage to the health or property of a visitor caused by:

• breach of these Rules,
• failure to follow staff instructions,
• the visitor’s own negligence or overestimation of their abilities.

• The operator is not liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought into the premises (including clothing and items left in the bistro or children’s corner other than in a designated place or other than in the place where such items are customarily stored).
• The visitor or their accompanying person is required to compensate the operator for any damage to the premises‘ equipment caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

5. Operating Instructions and Restrictions

• The following are prohibited throughout the entire premises: smoking (except in designated areas), use of narcotic substances, bringing in glass bottles, weapons and dangerous objects, and handling open flames (except at designated fire pits, if permitted).
• Drones or other flying devices may only be used with the operator’s prior written consent.
• Entry with animals is permitted. Animals are not permitted on attractions.
• Commercial photography or filming on the premises is permitted only with the operator’s prior written consent.
• Staff have the right to remove from the premises without refund any person who is under the influence of alcohol, behaves aggressively, endangers others, or repeatedly violates these Rules.
• When the premises reach full capacity, the operator may restrict or suspend the entry of further visitors.
• The operator reserves the right to close individual attractions or the entire premises, particularly in the event of adverse weather (rain, strong wind, storm) or necessary maintenance. In such cases, visitors are not entitled to a refund or a discount on admission.

6. CCTV System and Personal Data Protection

• The premises are monitored by a CCTV system with recording for the purposes of protecting property and ensuring visitor safety. Visitors‘ rights regarding the processing of personal data are governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended. • By entering the premises, visitors consent to potentially being captured in illustrative photographs or video recordings used to promote the park. Visitors who do not wish to appear have the right to request deletion/anonymisation from staff.

7. Final Provisions

• These Visitor Rules are valid and effective from the moment of their publication. Legal relations not covered by these Rules are governed by the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
• The operator is not liable for the completeness of any excerpt from these Rules that may be used in an abbreviated form in promotional or similar materials (e.g. advertising leaflets, posters, advertisements, etc.) in connection with the premises. These Rules are considered the sole, complete, and final version. Only this full version of the Rules is binding on visitors to the premises.
• Any changes to these Rules will be announced without delay on the website: www.willkovpark.sk/navstevny-poriadok/
